Join me in our cozy strawbale cabin making our own organic herbal Tinctures, Simples and Formula's to deal with Spring allergies, such as Sinus, Hayfever, Asthma and some eye allergies that are typically triggered by pollens, grasses and seeds that can leave us with the sneezes, watery eyes, blocked sinus, headaches and shortness of breath and sometimes itchy skin. We will learn a couple of different ways to prepare our remedies for long term will will also enable us to have long term herbal available to us for long term storage. We will also discuss Hawthorn, a great nurturer for the heart and make a glycerite as well as tincture. All materials are supplied as well as a warm a nourishing soup for lunch to share. Bookings do need to be confirmed 7 days before Workshops begin. This is a 1 day workshop on a Sunday and we start at 10m and aim to finish by 4pm.
